My heart aches for leader as I read that he is getting bashed by netizens for attending Chun Doo Hwan's birthday celebration. I just hope the netizens would just stop and get over it. The young man just attended a party, for crying out loud! Whatever bad things the former president did during his time, I hope the netizens realize that Hyun Joong has nothing to do with it and will have nothing to do with it because it is in the PAST and no one can undo that. Let's all move on and lead a peaceful life. Stop bashing on the innocent guy.
Anyway, as I surf on more articles about the issue on Hyun Joong, I came across this interesting fan account about his recent trip to Canada with JaeJoong. It was a good ice breaker that pulled me from the loomy mood I was in because of Leader's situation. And so I wanted to share it here, too. It's interesting that a non-fan aunt described Leader as if she was a real Hyunnie (I guess she is now)...

My friend's aunt was in Canada for a business trip and she met JaeJoong, HyunJoong at the airport. Here is her account.

Well, let see! Where should I begin? It’s about my experience with meeting two famous Korean celebrities while waiting for my flight at a business launch in Canada Airport.
They are Kim Hyun Joong (Jihoo from BOF) and his friend, Kim JaeJoong. I’m an old chap, not a big fan of anything, but I do watch/listen to Korean drama and music. My two nephews are dedicated fans, so they keep me updated once in a while.
The two young men were sitting right across from my seat. Since I was busy working on my laptop, I didn’t noticed their presence until one of their travel companions dropped something on the floor.
Kim Hyun Joong looks quite young in person. His complexion is amazingly nice. He’s very fair, and very pretty. He looks ethereal, almost like an angel himself. His skin is as nice as a child‘s. Women would go for extreme measures just to have that kind of skin (so unfair).
Kim JaeJoong is also very handsome. He looks a little quirky, but that makes him sexy. I found Jaejoong a little more approachable and down-to-earth, since he does not have that “God” vide look as KHJ does.
Those two seem very close. They didn’t talk much, but the way they exchanged eyes contacts and shared a drink showed their closeness. I watched them from behind my laptop (he he … shame on me, an old lady). At one point, they made some loud noise and looked at me wary. I smiled just to reassure them. Jaejoong nod his head and I thought he said sorry. HyunJoong just smiled and shyly looked down. Right at that moment, I understood why they called him ‘prettier than flower’.
If I’m not wrong, Jaejoong is older than HyunJoong right? The younger one leaned on his friend’s shoulder and slept like a baby, while the older one sat till and even tried to put a coat on his young friend. I guess only Asian can show such affection to same-sex friends without the thought of been mistaken as homosexual. I found them really cute, and innocent.
I didn’t want to disturb or make them uncomfortable, I planned to wait to right before I leave for the flight to ask for their signatures, and pictures. Those will be great gifts for my two nephews. However, when I came back from the wash room, they were gone.
As a punishment for failing to get their pictures, my two nephews insisted me to write a fan account (?) to share my experience with all the fans. So, here it is, my first ever fan account. I hope you all enjoy it. It was great to feel young, and being a fan girl once again. Thanks to the two gorgeous young men.

How Smart is SS501? His score isn't bad. He's an IDOL now so I guess he doesn't do math as much as he does back then when he was a math wiz in school... For me, good or not in math, SS501 are still a bunch of smart, gorgeous and talented men. No questions asked! :)

Hyun Joong and Kyu Jong Cuts Ladies pretend to ignore HJ but swoons after he left, while others just can't resist his charm and danced with him. Good mannered Kyu Jong succeeds in his mission to not drink water.
Hyung Joon and Hyun Joong Cuts Maknae failed his mission to not touch the hair. He kept on touching his hair when he felt nervous or shy. He's such a cutie. Leader succeeded in his mission to do a pose. The ladies pretends to be disappointed when leader is not maintaining the pose or when he took off his shirtbut immediately swoons after he left.
Kyu really has a tender, yet strong heart. As I watched this video, my tears can't stop pouring that I think I might have cried a river. Hahaha that was an exaggeration. But seriously, Kyu Jong is a really good son, a really good person, and is really fit to be an IDOL. Saranghae Kyu Jong oppa, your Triple S will always be here to support SS501.

After Watching Boys Over Flowers in marathon-mode over one weekend in May 2009, I shifted to surfing the net for more info on Ji Hoo Sunbae. That's when I learned that his real name is Kim Hyun Joong, and that he is the leader of a Korean boyband SS501.
The very first video I watched from a video streaming site is Leader practicing U R Man. Thanks to skypoem@YT.
I was awed by the 5 boys' musical talent plus leader's ability to dance so well. From then on, it became a daily routine for me to search for SS501 Videos on the net. I fell inlove with the boys' individual characters and how they look after each other in the M!Pick series, and became more deeply in love with Leader when I watched We Got Married and Can Love Be Refilled Too.
Unknowingly, I became hooked with the charm of these five young men. I watched every video of them that I find on the net... be it a concert fan cam, a TV show/game show guesting, an interview, or a fan-made photo/video slideshow... I watched just about everything about them that I can get my browser on... I guess I totally became addicted to them.
But as much as I love these young men as a group-SS501 and as charming individuals (the cute Otter Prince Heo Young Saeng, the kind-hearted eternal center Kim Kyu Jong, the friendly-Mal sexy charisma Park Jung Min, and the always smiling magnae Kim Hyung Joon), there is one great love that stood out, unsurpassed by the rest... and that is my love for our dear 4D Prince, Leader Kim Hyun Joong.
